CHAM CHAM
Just looks like Gulab Jaman in shape but Cham Cham is white and more syrupy. The freshly made Cham Cham is as good as bites of heavenly glee. The Bengali Chum Chum is compared to snow too and is known as melting in the mouth like a snowflake. It is also available in light pink, light yellow, or any charming color. Cham cham is made by curdling the milk and then shaping it in a cylindrical form and then it is deep-fried and dipped in sugar. The main ingredient remains sugar, milk, and some coconut for garnishing. Thus, the Chum Chum provides a milky coconut yet sugary taste.
